As a family, we have used this clinic on numerous occasions for sports injuries and generally, within a couple of sessions, the injury has been corrected. They are extremely professional and identify the problem very quickly and advise you on how to prevent the injury from happening again and what exercises to do. Excellent practice and highly recommended.
Having Scoliosis (Back problem), I require treatment on a regular basis. I have found the Physiotherapists to be very efficient and understanding and they will give you the treatment required. Today I have come out feeling a new person walking straighter. It is a very friendly place with the Secretaries putting you at ease straight away. So 10/10 to everyone.
I have attended Ferndown Physiotherapy Clinic for 17 years. My treatments been for back and a number of accidents and injuries over the years. I have found Julie Silver's diagnosis competent and precise, and the resulting treatments always beneficial. Julie has a wide range of medical knowledge (which she regularly updates) and, with many years of experience, she is able to advise on additional treatments i.e. exercises for self-help at home. Julie is a warm caring person who treats one as a human being needing help rather than just a patient who needs treating/mending/curing. There is no magic bullet for old age but I firmly believe, in latter years, Julie's treatments have made my life less painful/more comfortable and more active than would otherwise be the case.
I have been a client at Ferndown Physiotherapy Clinic for the best part of two decades, together with my wife and my two children, both of whom are now in their twenties. This degree of longevity has not come about by accident. As an active family, injuries, strains and pains have been a regular occurrence. All we have ever wanted from a physio is a clear diagnosis, appropriate treatment and to be back being active as soon as possible. Ferndown clinic has provided this and more. Treatment is effective, advice to prevent further problems is clear and easy to implement, and, less tangible but just as important, the level of personal, care we have received has been second-to-none. Julie in particular knows us all as individuals; this rapport is crucial. To be known and understood meets a fundamental need. I have recommended friends and families to the clinic many times over the years and the feedback to me has been consistently positive.
